πŸ’–Faith in Love, Not Religion

 

I’m not a very religious person. But I believe deeply in energy. In the Universe. In unseen hands that lift us when we can’t stand on our own.

I asked the Universe, and it answered—again and again. Not always loudly. But in kind strangers. In sudden moments of clarity. In near-misses. In love that found me when I had nothing left.

Transmuting Pain into Power
Somewhere in all this, I made a decision:

I would turn Pain into purpose. Grief into growth. Trauma into truth.

And I did it by:

Isolating and creating

Dancing and listening to music

Walking in nature

Praying

Listening to 40.1 Hz gamma frequency to keep my mind sharp

Journaling every emotion out of me and into the page

Giving thanks, even in the darkness

I built my foundation with words. Write your reality into existence. 

Build...., it will come......

You become what you think about.

So I began to raise my frequency:

I gave more love than I received.

I helped strangers.

I complimented others without needing to be seen.

I practiced invisible acts of kindness.

I created art with the intention to heal.

I passed love forward like a ripple.

 

Love heals—always.

But only if we choose it.

Every day. Intentionally.

✨ Survival Skills for the Soul

 

If you're reading this and you're in the dark, here are the practices that saved me:

  • Be in nature – trees, grass, soil, gardening.
  • Drink water – hydrate your cells
  • Eat well – nourish your body
  • Rest often – you’re healing
  • Move gently – dance, walk, stretch
  • Cleanse with water – bath, ocean, river
  • Sit in stillness – even five minutes
  • Breathe rhythmically – or pray if it helps
  • Write your truth – journal daily
  • Set daily intentions – “Today I will show love by…”
  • Speak kindly to yourself – be your own biggest fan.. be kind to you,
  • Limit negative energy – people, media, places
  • Ask the universe – help will come
  • Live in gratitude – even for the small
  • Give freely – love always returns.
